Important Opening Information
*** At this time we are not offering "Water Bag + Tarp cover" and or pools with Spill Over Hot Tub” openings for new customers***
All Openings are booked for week of and customers will receive a text message on the Sunday prior to that week to confirm your Opening day.
Due to weather, travel time and job times we are unable to provide specific times of arrival.
All pool related accessories will need to be accessible on the pool deck prior to service.
i.e cartridge filters, deck ladders, jets etc
All gates leading to the pool area will need to be unlocked prior to service.
We ask that pet waste is cleaned up and clear access to pool equipment is provided.
Please inform us of any codes or keys required for entry.
We will need your outside water tap turned on with an attached garden hose.
CK Pools reports via email after the Pool Opening for next steps.
Safety Cover Pools:
We highly recommend our follow up Trash Vacuum Service. For best results the Trash Vacuum will occur approximately 1 week after the pool is open to give the algae and finer debris time to settle to the bottom of the pool. Please add Trash Vacuum to the cart below and we will schedule accordingly.
Always have your pool water professionally tested prior to adding Pool Salt or Stabilizer. Incorrect dosages can be very harmful to your pool.
**At this time we do not have the ability to supply Pool Salt.**
