BODY OF WATER DETECTION​

To be thorough we electronically scan the Vinyl Liner and physically dive the pool. Scanning every inch of the pool we are able to find any compromises such as pin holes or cuts. The Diver carefully checks faceplates, front jet assemblies, stair gaskets, light niches, main drain seals, hydro static valves and repairs the vinyl liner. 
During a leak detection we are looking for more than just a leak.

UNDERGROUND PLUMBING DETECTION 

We deploy a variety of techniques and tools to test and detect your underground plumbing.
Pipe inspection cameras, pressure testing, static testing, air induced listening, hydrophones and pipe mapping are some of our most effective services.

Prepare


​  - Leak Detection cannot be performed in the rain.
  - Pool water level to be at normal operating height. Inform us if that is not possible due to water loss. 
  - The Pools surface, floor and walls must be near free of debris. All baskets cleared before arrival. 
  - Leak Detection requires clean and clear water. 
  - Water Temperature to be 75 deg F or higher. Inform us if that is not possible due to water loss. 
  - Leak Detection requires a quiet an undisturbed working environment. Many of the techniques are audio cues.
  - No other workers arranged to be on property during the leak detection. 
  - Pets kept inside, pet waste removed before arrival.
  - Unobstructed access to the backyard and pool equipment is required for the provided leak detection day. 
  - Vinyl Liners are allotted 5 Vinyl Patches per quote. 
  - Underground plumbing leaks are allotted one locate per quote. 
  - Our findings are documented with photo and video when applicable and can be shared with the home owner.
  - Bookings are for day of, we require access to the pool and associated equipment from 7am - 5pm. 
  - Do not add any water care products to the pool the night before detection without consulting your coordinator.
