Conditions and Terms for Essential Preventative Service

                                                               
CONDITIONS:
Pool Sizes that are 18' x 36' or larger are to be quoted for EPS. 
To ensure your pool qualifies for EPS clear photos of the pool equipment and pool body of water must be reviewed by CK Pools Leak Tech. 
EPS is a promotional offer with limited bookings available.
Offer valid July 1st - September 30th 2025
Out of Area bookings subject to travel charge
Pool and Pool Equipment must be in good working order up to industry standards for EPS service. 

TERMS:  
Parts such as vinyl repair, replacement TRVs, Salt cells, 2 part epoxy are not included in the quoted price. 
To secure a booking an E-Transfer deposit of $200 is to be sent to [email protected]
Balance due upon completion of service. Repairs and parts to be quoted and due upon completion of service. 
​EPS is not a Leak Detection Service, if you suspect your pool may be losing water a thorough Leak Detection Service will need to be carried out. Salt Cell Inspection & Heater TRV test can be added to a proper Leak Detection Service upon request. 
EPS is not a Pool Inspection. 
EPS does not include a diver in the pool. If a diver is required due to found failures in vinyl liners that service will be quoted.
CK Pools Leak Tech reserves the right to deny booking service for any reason. Such as but not limited to age of vinyl liner, size of pool, non applicable pool equipment, out of area. 
Service is booked for day of, CK Pools Leak Tech will confirm a service day, customer will be responsible to provide unobstructed access to the pool and pool equipment from 7am - 5pm.
The pool water needs to be clean and clear for an effective electronic vinyl scan. 
EPS cannot be performed in the rain, CK Pools Leak Tech reserves the right to reschedule service due to poor weather conditions.
EPS requires a quiet undisturbed working environment. No other contractors on site. Pets left inside for the duration of the service. Pet waste removed prior to service. Clear access to pool equipment and pool deck. 
CK Pools Leak Tech photographs, video record and document all our findings and work performed. 
A brief summary of work performed and findings will be sent via email.
Customer to have water filled to normal operating height.
Customer to have Pool water to 75 deg F if vinyl repairs are to be made the same day or follow up visit.
​Customer to have Pool clean and clear with little debris on floor or walls.
Customer to provide access to backyard and pool equipment area for provided service day 7am - 5pm
